Booking conditions:

If you have paid online with a Credit Card and later cancel the room in accordance with the cancellation policy, we will deduct the amount that we had to pay the Credit Card company from the amount that we will reimburse to you.

Non-refundable bookings are bookings with discounted rates that cannot be cancelled.

We enforce a strict no-smoking policy in our hotel.

City tax:

As per 1 January 2019 the city of Dilbeek charges a city tax of 2.65 euro per person per night.
